In support of this promise, Ontario's Finest Hotels, Inns and Spas have developed a stringent quality assurance program that addresses all aspects of our performance: initial reservation process, guest greeting, cuisine, guest rooms, public areas, hotel/inn ambiance and character. Each member property undergoes unannounced anonymous inspections to ensure continuing excellence. 

This quality assurance program assures our guests that the high standards they have come to expect are in place at each and every one of our member inns. We encourage travelers to look for Ontario's Finest membership as a sign of quality hospitality.
