Rich in history, our Inn has served discerning travellers for
more than 100 years. We provide the only waterfront rooms in
Gananoque, and we know that you will be pleased with spectacular
views of the 1000 Islands. Our award-wining service and fine dining are guaranteed to make your stay with us a memorable one.
Our elegance and charm will have you returning time and time
again.

The
Inn offers 53 tastefully decorated rooms, some with Jacuzzis or
fireplaces, located in several buildings: Main,
Waterfront, Annex and Cedar Knoll. Each room is appointed with
the same velvety robes and luxurious amenities. Additional
rooms await in Caverly Cottage. Each of the two rooms has a king
size bed, Jacuzzi tub and fireplace. One has a sitting
room, and one has a sun porch, but both can be combined to form
one large suite for friends or family travelling together.
Originally a carriage works, the Main Building was
converted to a hotel in 1896. Many rooms enjoy river views and
some rooms have balconies that face glorious sunsets. Two
Waterfront Buildings provide ground-level rooms and open onto
500 feet of dock and a lawn bedecked with Adirondack chairs and
flowerbeds.
The Annex overlooks our beautiful fish pond; this building
houses our luxurious Prime Minister's suite. Many of the
rooms in the Annex have Jacuzzi tubs. Cedar Knoll, a
gingerbread Victorian summer home, contains two special suites,
each with a waterfront balcony. The spacious lower suite has a
fireplace, jacuzzi, den, office, and a dining room suitable for
meetings. The upper suite offers a quaint bedroom and sitting
room that overlook the river; this suite can include additional
bedrooms. Cedar Knoll is perfect for wedding parties or small
business retreats.

The dining room provides fine cuisine that features fresh
local products and a carefully-chosen wine list. Enjoy your
meals in the main dining room or on the shaded deck on the shore
of the St. Lawrence River. Casual fare is available throughout
the day in our pub, which also has its own riverside deck.
