The Briars Resort & Conference Centre has 11 function rooms. The largest, the Great Hall, is suitable for up to 160 people theatre style.

Wellness treatments - for overnight conference groups, any members of the group can enjoy a 10% discount from any treatments in the spa from Monday opening to Friday at 3pm.

Golf at The Briars Resort & Conference Centre has a wide reputation and a loyal following. The private course is for the exclusive use of members and resort guests. This 18-hole, 6,300 yards, par 71 Scottish woodlands course was designed by Stanley Thompson and C.E. "Robbie" Robinson.

Canada's oldest running professional summer theatre, the historic Red Barn, is on The Briars Resort & Conference Centre estate and operates from June to September.

The Spa at The Briars has a full range of treatments. Relaxing massages, nourishing facials, hydrotherapy, European wraps and stress relief therapies can be enjoyed individually or as part of a group program.

Arrangements can be made for The Briars Resort & Spa full time recreation director to set up and run your successful group events, including wine tastings, martini mixing classes, yoga classes, guided kayak trips and mini-Olympics.

The Summer Dining Room adjacent to the Golf Club is now available from June to September for Corporate Play Days, Reward Days and Events.

Lake Simcoe was one of Ontario's earliest resort destinations. Nearby the inn, are power boat and water-ski rentals, fishing guides and equipment rental (Lake Simcoe is a four-season fishing destination.) Local historic sites of note include Eildon Hall (located in Sibbald Point Provincial Park), St George's Church (burial place of authors Stephen Leacock and Mazo de la Roche). Jackson's Point, just west of The Briars Resort & Spa offers seasonal shopping.
