FINEST OF THE FINE 2011 Awards

Top Marks and WOW Awards for Ontario's Finest Hotels, Inns & Spas

Niagara-on-the-Lake – This year, during the Ontario’s Finest Hotels, Inns & Spas Annual General Meeting, at the Charles Inn, the Quality Assurance Awards winners will be announced. Thirty three inns, hotels and spas compete for these prestigious awards that are celebrated annually.

This proprietary and rigorous Quality Assurance program assesses more than 300 criteria to evaluate the services and experiences guests have when they visit the member properties. The ‘secret shopper’ program is an in-depth analysis and scoring activity that involves every aspect of the property including the reservation process, the signage at the front door, décor in the dining room, use of local ingredients in menu items, Ontario wine selection, staff responses to special requests and much more.

The awards acknowledge the outstanding efforts of hosts and staff members at the properties, anticipating the needs and exceeding the expectations of every guest.
